Master the Art of Facilitation and Deep Listening

This training day is for those interested in facilitating group discussions, holding space for difficult emotions, and creating inclusive environments. You'll learn:
· Climate Cafe Listening Circle techniques: Discover how to guide open-ended conversations that foster empathy, understanding, and action. You can read more about the Climate Cafe Listening Circle here.
· Group dynamics: Understand the dynamics of group work and how to effectively manage conflict and build consensus.
· Facilitation skills: Develop the skills to lead engaging and productive discussions.
Please note that prior attendance either at a Climate Cafe Listening Circle, or attendance to the Opening to Action (Day 1) is required to take part in the Climate Café Listening Circle Training on Day 2.
Lead facilitators for Day 2 training:
