Support Us
ECCAN is core funded by the Scottish Government Energy and Climate Change Directorate (ECCD) programme, completing March 2027. ECCAN has an ambition to be self-funded by late 2026.
You can help in the following ways;
ESG (corporate) –
If your company has volunteering hours that we could distribute to our members to deliver focussed, tangible climate action in Edinburgh’s communities, we’d love to hear from you.
Funding (corporate)
If you wish to use ECCAN as a vehicle to deliver targeted funding into Edinburgh’s communities to support local climate action, get in touch. We have our annual seedgrant fund that is a direct way of distributing monies to communities delivering place-based climate projects.
Funding (direct)
We welcome donations to ECCAN, which will allow us to expand our remit by increasing staff numbers and delivering an enhanced programme. We would love to increase our reach and activities in the city.
The Climate Hub programme is a great success in its early days in Scotland. Communities need the Hubs to co-ordinate climate work and encourage and enhance collaboration amongst groups.
Please contact Mark Dowey at mark@eccan.scot, Network Lead, to discuss any of the above or any other way your business or organisation could input into ECCAN’s work.
