Unleash Your Potential for Climate Action

This transformative day is designed to help you connect with your inner motivation and channel your energy into effective climate action. You'll explore:

· Your personal journey: Understand your unique relationship with climate change and how it shapes your perspective.

· Emotional resilience: Learn strategies to manage eco-anxiety and cultivate a healthy mindset.

· Effective communication: Develop skills to have meaningful conversations about climate change, even with those who disagree.

· Building community: Connect with like-minded individuals and create supportive networks.

Please note that after this in-person session, there will be an online 90 minute follow-up session at a time and date to be arranged by the group and its facilitators.

  • Nadine Andrews: nature connections coach, researcher, trainer, facilitator, CPA Scotland former chair
